1. How could I get samples ?
Yes, we provide samples for quality checking if you can pay the sample fee and freight cost.
2. How much the courier freight will be for the samples ?
Freight is different based on quantity, weight, and volume of the samples.
3. What is your guarantee?
The guarantee time for our product is from half year to one year depending on order quantity/model. And we could repair for you if it is not broken by human reasons. The shipping cost of return is not included by this warranty.
4. What is the minimum order quantity per item ?
The minimum order quantity is 10~1000pcs/Item according to the models.
5. Do you accept OEM order ?
Yes, OEM orders are welcome. We can customize for you with logo printing, package design, languages adding, opening/turning pictures if order quantity above 500-1000pcs/item according to different models.
6. What is your usual payment term for orders ?
Telegraphic transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation or Western Union or moneygram for formal order, For sample order, we can accept Escrow payment.
7. What are the freight transportation ways?
For small/middle orders, we recommend shipment by DHL, EMS, UPS, Fedex. If you can do customs clearance by yourself and order quantity is above 200pcs/time. we can arrange shipment by air/sea.
